Havmor Receives 43,000 Job Applications for its WFH Competition

Havmor Ice Cream, one of India's top brands of ice cream, has concluded its most important event of 2021, the Coolest WFH Jobs Season 4, in association with chef Ranveer Brar. The event showcased talents from across the nation.

The brand gave everyone an opportunity to make their own flavor of ice cream, and showcase an aptitude for ingenuity. Season 4 saw a dramatic increase in participation compared to previous seasons. This thanks to the digital execution of the event. the ice cream company was awarded five Chief Tasting Officers (CTO) from different backgrounds, all from diverse spheres of existence but all shared the same passion for the ice cream.



The finale of the season was many occasions and experiences for CTOs. Chef Ranveer was overjoyed and thrilled to witness the inventiveness that was brought to the table from the CTOs . A mouth-watering mix of flavours that were proposed included Maple syrup-induced Chocolate Ice-cream, American Mud Pie, Rolled Oats Chocolate Ice-cream, along with Coffee induced Black Currant. However, there was a smattering of desi ideas was floating around too, including Bombay Halwa, Agra Petha, Jalebi Gulab Jamun, and Piyush. After being given the opportunity and given the chance to speak with the chef, the CTOs spoke about the joy and enthusiasm they experienced. In addition, to have a conversation with one of the most renowned industry chefs of the world, Ranveer Brar The CTOs could not be more convinced to present their most creative ideas for Ice cream flavors.

As the world entered the digital age, Season 4 called for an electronic execution. This digital ease of use made it possible for the brand to receive an overall number of over 43,000 entries. They also received flavour suggestions of over 150. The entire campaign earned digital impressions that exceeded 3 crores , and the level of engagement surpassed 19 lakh.

The enthusiasm level and a flair for creativity among the participants was the typical passion for ice creams. With the help of a talented group from the industry, and our special guest speakerwas Chef Ranveer Brar We were thrilled to announce five CTOs with different views of life for this year's coolest WFH job."

However, working with Havmor has allowed me to meet people who look to transforming these ideas into a new and innovative product. While interacting with the Season 4 Havmor's chosen CTOs, it was interesting to see these top performers presenting not just a distinct taste for ice creams and ice-creams, but also with an unmatched degree of imagination."
