What is Food Processing Machinery?

Processes involving in Preparation
1. Proper Washing
First of all, it properly cleans. Now cleaning is done in two ways, both wet and dry to remove dirt from the surface of the food.
2. Assessment
Next is assessment of the food to obtain its overall quality. This is done by the trained operators.
3. Removing Skin
For improving more quality, it undergoes in process of removing the outer surface or non-needed substance from the food.
4. Classifying
It is basically to separates the foreign substance from the raw food.
Automatic Processing
After preparation equipment, the next step is Automatic processing or Mechanical Processing. This also includes numerous amounts of process.
1. Cutting the Proportion
The first process is to reduce the size of food substance through force or compression like Grinding and Cutting.
2. Increase the size
This method used to increase the standard size of food matter. The equipment that are involved in this process are Extrusion, Agglomeration or Rotating Pans and Forming for molding.
3. Unifying
In this process the particle size decreases and the consistency of liquid substance increases. The equipment that are used in Unifying are Mixers, Mills, etc.
4. Blending
In this method, they have to maintain a constant mixture. By mixing and dispersing more than two components into one another.
As the consumer demand increases the food processing industry will exponentially rise and evolve and only improve in the future.
